15. APPROVAL OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 4093 WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF\nPUBLIC WORKS FOR THE OLYMPIC BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROGRAM\n(TSSP)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Cooperative Agreement No. 4093 with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works\n(Attachment A) defining funding for the Olympic Boulevard Traffic Signal Synchronization Program\n(TSSP) Project; and\n2. Approve Amendment No.1 (Attachment B) to Agreement No. 2508 (Attachment C) with the Los Angeles\nCounty Department of Public Works redefining the streets included in the TSSP Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreements on behalf of the City; and\n4. Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget by increasing appropriations in Fund 200 (Gas Tax) by $161,400\n(Account No. 200-99-6040.95, Gas Tax, Other Professional Services); and\n5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
