13. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 3777 BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND RANGWALA ASSOCIATES FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL\nPLAN UPDATE AND BICYCLE MASTER PLAN\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 3777 between the City of Montebello\nand Rangwala Associates to provide consulting services related to the comprehensive General Plan\nUpdate and Bicycle Master Plan; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services\nAgreement between the City and Rangwala Associates for related ancillary services to prepare a\ncomprehensive Bicycle Master Plan and related documents on behalf of the City; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2022-23 budget by increasing appropriations by $260,000 in Account No. 100-\n50-590-6040.95 (General Fund, Community Development, Long Range Planning, Other Professional\nServices); and\nApril 10, 2023: City Council Meeting Page 5 of 7\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
