Approve agreement with Graviton Consulting\nServices, Inc. for the purchase of Oracle Cloud ERP subscription licensing, for\nan initial three-year term beginning September 1, 2025, with seven optional\none-year renewals, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $5,026,843; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute future ordering\ndocuments as necessary, provided the total cost does not exceed the
