Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to\nact on behalf of the City of Santa Ana for obtaining federal funds related to\nhomeland security, emergency management, and/or disaster recovery\nprovided by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted\nthrough the State of California and the County of Orange.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY\nMANAGER OR THE CITY MANAGER’S DESIGNEE(S) TO OBTAIN 2024\nEMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE GRANT FUNDS\nTHROUGH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a two-year agreement with the\nCounty of Orange for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, for the\nFY 2024 Emergency Management Performance Grant in an amount not to\nexceed $46,537 (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).\n3.
