9.\nAgreements with Graviton Consulting Services, Inc. and Oracle Corp. for\nEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Software and Implementation\nServices (Specification No. 23-132) (Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Information Technology\nRecommended Action: 1. Approve agreement with Graviton Consulting\nServices, Inc. for the purchase of Oracle Cloud ERP subscription licensing, for\nan initial three-year term beginning September 1, 2025, with seven optional\none-year renewals, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $5,026,843; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute future ordering\ndocuments as necessary, provided the total cost does not exceed the\napproved aggregate amount (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).\n2. Approve an agreement with Graviton Consulting Services, Inc. for Oracle\nERP implementation services, in an amount not to exceed $4,798,915, for a\n35-month term beginning August 1, 2025, and expiring June 30, 2028\n(Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).\n3. Approve agreement with Oracle America, Inc. for Public Sector Oracle\nCloud Services, to govern the terms and conditions of the Oracle Cloud ERP\nservices (Agreement No. A-2025-XXX).\n
