9F.\nREJECT ALL BIDS AND AUTHORIZE TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR THE NORM ROSS\nSPORTS PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nStaff is requesting that the City Council reject all bids for the construction of the Norm\nRoss Sports Park Improvement Project and authorize staff to re-advertise for bids.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to the California Environmental Quality\nAct (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative\nactivities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in\nthe environment); and\n2. Reject all bids for the construction of the Norm Ross Sports Park Improvement Project;\nand\n3. Authorize staff to revise the bid package and re-advertise for bids the Norm Ross\nSports Park Improvement Project.
