6.\nAMENDMENT TO SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING AND\nPLANNING SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a third amendment to Agreement #22-64\nwith the Code Group, Inc. (dba VCA Code) to increase the contract amount by\n$190,000 for continued building and planning services; and\n2. Find this action is not a “project” subject to the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
