9.\nApproval of Professional Services Agreement for the Preparation of Plans,\nSpecifications, and Engineer’s Estimate (PS&E) for a New Pocket Park\nLocated on Gage Avenue and Zindell Avenue\nThe City Council will consider:\n1. Approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the selected\nengineering consulting firm in the amount given in the fee schedule of the\nselected firm (ranges between $165,148 to $402,789) and authorize the Mayor\nto execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney, and\nfurthermore authorize City Manager and Public Works Director to execute any\namendments to the agreement with the selected consultant should they\nbecome necessary; and\n2. Approving up to 15% of the total contract value in contingencies for\nunforeseen additional design services; and\n3. Approving up to 10% of the total contract value to provide project\nmanagement services.\n4. Adopt a Resolution appropriating between $206,500 to $503,500 from the\nProject Management Fund to support the design phase of the project.\nStaff Report\nResolution
