6.\nBudget Appropriation for the Temporary Recreation Volleyball Structure\nThe City Council will consider approving a budget amendment recognizing\n$520,000 in revenue from the developer contribution pursuant to an existing\nagreement\nand\nappropriating\n$520,000 in\nthe\nGeneral\nFund's\nParks\n&\nRecreation\nVeteran's\nPark\nbudget\nto\nsupport\ncosts\nassociated\nwith\nthe\nrelocation of Parks and Recreation programs and related temporary facility\nneeds, including the carryover of remaining funds into FY 2026-27 for the\ninstallation of a temporary structure.\nStaff Report
