D. Proposed Founder' s Park Discussion\nThe City Council will discuss and give direction to staff regarding the licensed\nSouthern California Edison Corridor property that is located between Mission Drive\nand Wells Street just west of Walnut Grove. Currently, the City has a five year\nlicense agreement with SCE which is set to expire on August 31, 2026. Staff has\nbeen unable to secure a funding source to build the proposed Founder' s Park at this\nSCE location. Staff recommends that the City Council provide direction relative to\nthis matter.\nRecommendation: That the City Council provide direction relative to this matter.\n11\n6.
