APPROVE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A FIVE\nYEAR CONTRACT WITH LENSLOCK TO PROVIDE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR THE\nLIBRARY, CITY HALL AND SENIOR CENTER.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nApprove the proposal for Lenslock security camera system; Authorize the City to enter into a Professional\nServices Agreement with Lenslock to complete the security camera project; and Authorize a budget\namendment for an increase of $199,828.13 over the course of the five year contract to cover the cost of the\ncontract with Lenslock in the amount not to exceed one hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred twenty-\neight dollars and thirteen cents.\nTotal Cost: $199,828.13 (39,965.62 Annually) Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
