C.\nAdoption of Resolution No. 2026-07 Authorizing the City Manager to\nExecute Program Supplemental Agreements with Caltrans for the\nCitywide Traffic Signal Improvement Project In 2025, the City secured a\n$2,572,380 grant from the Caltrans Highway Safety Improvement Program\nCycle 12 for a citywide traffic safety improvement project. In order to\ndraw down the funds, the California Department of Transportation\n(Caltrans) requires a Resolution from the City that designates the\nauthorized signatory to sign the said grant-related Program Supplement\nAgreements.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-07\nauthorizing the City Manager to execute the $2,572,380 Program Supplemental\nAgreements with Caltrans for the Citywide Traffic Signal Improvement Project.\nStaff Report
