7) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DUDEK TO\nPREPARE THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2147) with Dudek in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $274,957 for preparation of the Downtown Master Plan; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute the\nAgreement and all related documents.
