Authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion with the County Recorder's office. RESOLUTION NO. 26-08 A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,\nCALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND\nAUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF\nTHE NOTICE OF\nCOMPLETION FOR THE TUSTIN SPORTS PARK TURF RENOVATION\nFIELD #3 (CIP NO. 20093) Fiscal Impact: On July 15, 2025, the City\nCouncil authorized project funding in the amount of $664,070 as\nappropriated in the FY 2025/2026 Capital Improvement Program from the\nPark Development Fund. The final cost of the contract was $491,726.21,\nincluding change orders initiated by the City totaling $57,750.96 under the\noriginal scope of work.
