18. POLICE FLEET VEHICLE MODERNIZATION PURCHASE\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, authority to purchase police vehicles with Asset\nSeizure Funds (Fund 34) as necessary due to sourcing and supply and demand\nchallenges.\n2. Appropriate receipt and use of Asset Seizure Funds (Fund 34) and authorize\nnecessary budget adjustments to effectuate such vehicle purchases.\n3.
