AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 4th OF JULY AERIAL FIREWORKS DISPLAY AND BARGE\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute two\ncontracts for the 4th of July aerial fireworks display:\n1) A contract with Garden State Fireworks, Inc. for fireworks; and,\n2) A contract with Curtin Maritime for the barge services.
