2.\nFiscal Year 2025-2026 Mid-Year Budget Review\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Allocate the $2.8 million Fiscal Year 2024-2025 surplus as follows:\na. $1.15 million to the Capital Improvements Project Fund to address the\nCity’s street infrastructure.\nb. $500,000 to the Capital Improvements Project Fund for building\nimprovements at City owned facilities.\nc. $1.15 million to the reserve for Infrastructure Replacement, and Deferred\nMaintenance;\n2. Approve the proposed changes to the Investment Policy; and,
