ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANT APPLICATION TO THE\nCALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CLEAN CALIFORNIA LOCAL GRANT\nPROGRAM\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve Resolution ____-2023 authorizing staff to submit the grant application;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his representative to execute all grant documents.
