Adoption of Resolution No. 2023- 01, Amending the Fiscal Year 2022- 23 Budget\nand Professional Services Agreement with Revize, LLC for Website Design and\nContent Management System Services in an Amount Not -To -Exceed $ 89, 500\nThe City of Rosemead website ( www.cityofrosemead. org) is the primary\ncommunication tool for residents, businesses, and visitors to access information\nregarding City services, community events, and much more. The current City website\nwas launched in 2017 and while it continues to be a functional site, the website' s\nfunctionality is limited in terms of design, navigation, search engine optimization,\nand generally how information is presented to the public. Current trends in website\ndesign have necessitated a rethinking of the City' s current format to connect citizens\nto services in a more streamlined manner.\nOn September 29, 2022, the City Manager' s Office published RFP No. 2022- 20\nrequesting proposals from qualified vendors for website design and content\nmanagement system services. The City received twenty-two ( 22) proposals by the\nsubmittal deadline and after comprehensive review, Revize, LLC (" Revize") was\ndetermined to be the most responsive and qualified vendor. The current Fiscal Year\n2022- 23 does not include a line item for this expenditure, and, therefore, it is\nrecommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023- 01 to amend the\nFiscal Year 2022- 23 budget.\n4\nCEQA: Not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act.\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize and direct the City Manager to\nexecute a Professional Services Agreement with Revize, LLC in an amount\nnot -to -exceed $ 89, 500, and adopt Resolution No. 2023, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR\n2022- 23 BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL\nAPPROPRIATION FROM THE STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL\nRECOVERY FUND RESERVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 53, 900\nTO FUND THE WEBSITE DESIGN AND CONTENT\nMANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT
