14. GILBERT PARK REPAIRS AND VOLUNTARY ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for Gilbert Park Repairs and Voluntary Accessibility\nImprovements project.\n2. Approve $115,000 budget transfer from Project 55057 Citywide ADA Improvements to\nProject 54052 Gilbert Park Repairs and Voluntary Accessibility Improvements (Fund\n74).\n3. Award $269,276 construction contract for Gilbert Park Repairs and Voluntary\nAccessibility Improvements Project to Towo Enterprise Inc. and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
