(35)\n26-0166\nCD 15\nMOTION (MCOSKER - PADILLA) relative to funding for the design of\npublic safety improvements around the upper area of Sunken City.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF\nTHE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $140,000 from the AB1290\nFund No. 53P, Account No. 281215 (CD 15 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to the Bureau of Engineering Fund No.\n100/78, Account No. 001010 (Salaries, General) for the design\nof public safety improvements around the upper area of Sunken\nCity.\n2. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $40,000 from the AB1290\nFund No. 53P, Account No. 281215 (CD 15 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to a new account within the Engineering\nSpecial Services Fund No. 682/50 to be entitled "Sunken City\nConsultant Services" for environmental monitoring work related\nto public safety improvements around the upper area of Sunken\nCity.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
