APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code\n(LAMC) Section 62.132, the Street Banner program promoting\nthe Tarzana Neighborhood Council and encouraging\nparticipation, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner\nProgram for the period of April 3, 2026 - April 3, 2027.\n2.
