(37)\n26-0169\nCD 15\nMOTION ( McOSKER - JURADO) relative to funding for the Harbor\nCity Recreation Center Outdoor Restrooms project.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $750,000 in the Fund No.\n298/50, Appropriation No. 50YPCA for the 109th Street\nRecreation Center Improvements to the Harbor City Recreation\nCenter Outdoor Restrooms under Fund No. 298/50,\nAppropriation No. 50YPCC.\n2. REAUTHORIZE the use of $750,000 in 2023-24 MICLA\nauthority (transferred / appropriated to Fund No. 298/50,\nAccount No. 50YPCC) and allow the continued use of funds\nbeyond the City's MICLA Three-Year Spending Policy for the\nHarbor City Recreation Center Outdoor Restrooms project\nconstruction activities.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks and the\nCity Administrative Officer to make any corrections, clarifications\nor revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including\nany new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this\nMotion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or\naccount numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may\nbe made orally, electronically or by another other means.
