Include in the City’s 2025-26 State Legislative Program\nSUPPORT for legislative and/or administrative action that\ndesignates the LACI as the implementation partner for the $85\nmillion CCIF.\nb. Support a framework where the Governor’s Office of Business\nand Economic Development (GO-Biz) distributes these funds to\nLACI to support statewide climate-tech innovation, a statewide\ncleantech debt fund, and regional workforce training programs\nthat align with the state’s ambitious greenhouse gas reduction\ntargets.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst.
