INSTRUCT the Planning Department, Information Technology\nAgency, Housing Department, Police Department, Fire\nDepartment, City Clerk, Economic Workforce and Development\nDepartment, Department of Building and Safety, Bureau of\nEngineering, Department of Water and Power, and Department\nof Neighborhood Empowerment, to identify a departmental point\nperson on Census 2030 issues and to develop a work program\nto address technical matters related to the 2030 Decennial\nCensus, including funding requirements.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed\na financial analysis of this report.
