RICO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of a Construction\nAgreement with Polo Engineering, Inc. to construct CIP No. 2507,\nHammond & Alta Loma Bollards Replacement Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Construction Agreement with Polo\nEngineering, Inc. in the amount of $598,420.00 for the construction of CIP\nNo. 2507, Hammond & Alta Loma Bollards Replacement Project, and\nauthorize the City Manager or designee to execute the documents incident\nto the Agreement; 2) Authorize the City Engineer to approve change\norders to the Construction Agreement in the amount not to exceed 25%\n($149,605) of the total Agreement amount; 3) Adopt Resolution No. 26-\n________: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nWEST HOLLYWOOD APPROVING THE DESIGN AND PLANS FOR THE\nCONSTRUCTION OF CIP 2507, HAMMOND & ALTA LOMA BOLLARDS\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE\nSECTION 830.6.”
