16.\nA PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT, FILE NO. PDCA26-\n001, REVISING AND CLARIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering for Building Plan Check\nServices, increasing the contract amount by $1,585,000 for a total not to exceed amount of\n$4,085,000.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Professional Services Agreement with BPR Consulting Group, LLC for building plan check\nservices, increasing the contract amount by $1,750,000 for a total not to exceed amount of\n$4,250,000.\nThat the City Council adopt a Resolution confirming the appointment of a new Police Chief at a\nsalary within the range consistent with EX 10.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, TO CONFIRM\nTHE APPOINTMENT OF POLICE CHIEF.
