Authorize the sole source purchase and delivery of three EV Mack Automated Refuse\nTrucks with EV Chargers for the Integrated Waste Department for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $2,297,513 from Tec Equipment of La Mirada, California. Tec Equipment was\nthe sole vendor that was able to provide a compliant BABA (Build America Buy America)\nrefuse truck; and\nB. Authorize the cooperative purchase and delivery of two Ford F-650 Bin Cleaning Trucks\nfor the Integrated Waste Department for a total not-to-exceed amount of $627,542 from\nPB Loader of Fresno, California, consistent with the terms and conditions of the\nSourcewell Cooperative Contract No.050625-PBL.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Sports Facilities Companies, Inc. of Clearwater,\nFlorida, for consulting services and site activation for the Ontario Sports Empire; in the amount\nof $1,023,076 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,802,176.\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve the budget adjustments and recommendations as presented in the Fiscal Year\n2025-26 Mid-Year Budget Update Report (Exhibit A);\nB. Consider and adopt a Resolution amending the list of Deputy City Treasurers authorized\nto invest City funds in the Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF) and other eligible\ninvestment securities; and\nC.
