PDCA25-003, A DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT REVISING AND CLARIFYING\nCERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTERS 2.0 (ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES), 4.0 (PERMITS,\nACTIONS, AND DECISIONS), 5.0 (ZONING AND LAND USE), 6.0 (DEVELOPMENT AND\nSUBDIVISION REGULATIONS), 7.0 (HISTORIC PRESERVATION), 8.0 (SIGN REGULATIONS), AND\nREFERENCES (REFERENCE G: LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES) OF THE\nCITY OF ONTARIO DEVELOPMENT CODE, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents\nrelated to the Loan Agreement between the City of Ontario and CONFIRE Joint Powers\nAuthority in the amount of $20,000,000.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute three-year On-Call\nProfessional Services Agreements with five firms specializing in providing consulting services\nrelated to architecture and historic preservation; and authorize the City Manager, or designee,\nthe option to extend the agreements for up to two additional one-year periods. In no event\nshall the proposed agreements with each firm exceed $500,000 over a five-year period.
