19. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF INC., FOR TEMPORARY IT STAFFING\nSUPPORT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Staff recommends that the City Council authorizing the City Manager to amend the\nagreement with Robert Half Inc., to increase a not-to-exceed contract amount from $75,000\nto $150,000 for temporary information technology staffing t services to support Barstow's\ncitywide IT Projects; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
