CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT PROJECT COMPLETION, AUTHORIZE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2024 SIDEWALK AND ADA RAMP (CDBG) PROJECT ΝΟ. 2020-03 (002003), APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,331.49, ΑND AUTHORIZE RELEASE OF THE RETENTION PAYMENT TO CT&T CONCRETE, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,366.57\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2024 Sidewalk and ADA Ramp (CDBG) Project No. 2020-03 (002003) (Project) as complete; and\n2. Authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to amend the contract to not-to-exceed amount from $525,000 to 527,331.49; and\n4. Authorize release of retention payment to CT&T Concrete, Inc. (Contractor) in the amount of $26,366.57.
