12. CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 7801 APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,000 TO THE CITY'S GRANT FUND FUND 244, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE ORDER WITH AT&T FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF THE 9-1-1 EMERGENCY PHONE SYSTEM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 7801 (Attachment 1) amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget to appropriate $44,000.00 to the City's Grant Fund Fund 244, expense account number 244-4010-0003-8170-000 and revenue account number 244-0000-0000-5071-023 respectively.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of $43,973.77 to pay for the two-year maintenance term of AT&T's 9-1-1 basic turn-key system from 03/28/2024 – 03/27/2026.
