3. 26-54359\nRecommendation to determine that the project is within the scope of the project\npreviously analyzed as part of Categorical Exemption (CE-22-187) and warrants\nno further environmental review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines Section 15162; and\nApprove a one-year Time Extension (TMEX25-010) request, and reaffirm all\nfindings and conditions of approval related thereto, for a previously approved\nConditional Use Permit (Case No. 2207-32) for a two-year temporary trucking and\ntrailer storage use, with an option for three one-year extensions potentially allowing\nfor a total of five years, on a parking lot at 2131 East Wardlow Road within the\nBusiness Park District of the Globemaster Corridor Specific Plan (SP-3-BP). This\nrequest is the 2nd one-year extension of this Conditional Use Permit. (Districts 4,\n5)\nSuggested Action:\nApprove recommendation.
