D.\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 3 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Yunex, LLC for Traffic Signal Maintenance Services -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7737: 1. Approving Amendment 3 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Yunex, LLC dated March 13,\n2019, as previously amended by Amendment 1 dated May 13, 2024, and\nAmendment 2 dated July 28, 2025, authorizing an increase in\ncompensation for the fourth extension (Fiscal Year 2025-2026) by $55,000\nfor the total compensation of $135,000 through June 30, 2026, and a\nrevised total not-to-exceed contract amount of $605,000; and,  2.\nAuthorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment 3 on\nbehalf of the City.
