Approving Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\n\nwith Silsby Strategic Advisors, Inc. for additional San Gabriel River Trash\nMitigation Initiative strategic support services, increasing compensation for\nsuch additional services by $65,000 for a revised total not-to-exceed\namount of $209,000, and extending the Agreement term to June 30, 2027;\nand, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment 1\non behalf of the City.
