6. METER HEALTH ANALYTICS PILOT PROJECT GRANT FROM METROPOLITAN\nWATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept and appropriate receipt and use of $50,000 2022 Innovative Conservation\nProgram grant award in the Water Fund (Fund 44) for the Meter Health Analytics Pilot\nProject (Project 53628).\n2. Authorize City Manager, Public Works Director or designee to enter into an\nApril 18, 2023 - Page 4\nAgreement with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize City Manager, Public Works Director, or designee to enter into an\nAgreement with Olea Networks Inc. DBA Olea Edge Analytics (Olea), in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future amendments\nand/or supplements with Metropolitan or Olea, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
