13.\nCONTRACT AMENDMENT: CITY ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FY 2025-2026 –\nF2M2-57, C2M2-46, M2M26-36\nTranstech Engineers provides City Engineering Services to the Public Works Department\non an as needed basis. Transtech invoices the City on an hourly basis, depending on the\ntype and amount of work performed. Due to the increased amount of Accessory Dwelling\nUnit plan checks and Traffic Studies during Fiscal Year 2025-2026, Transtech was\nrequired to do work that exceeded the contract amount by $200,00.00. A portion of the\nadditional work is offset by project and plan check revenues collected. This amendment\nwill only cover additional work performed in Fiscal Year 2025-2026.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council approve an amendment to the Agreement with\nTranstech Engineers for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for an additional $200,000.00; authorize\nthe City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City Council; and, direct staff to\nundertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
