3.\nMID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 AND RESOLUTION\nADOPTING FY 2025-26 BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS – F2M25-17, R2M26-4\nOn June 23, 2025, the City Council adopted the two-year budget for Fiscal Years 2025-\n26 and 2026-27. Staff is presenting the Mid-Year Budget Review to provide an update on\nthe Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget. During the fiscal year, unforeseen financial needs and\nopportunities typically arise, which require City Council approval of recommended\nadjustments to projected revenues and expenditures. Staff is presenting a mid-year\nBudget review to provide a Budget update for FY 2025-26. The Director of Finance will\nprovide the City Council will a high-level overview of audited actual results for Fiscal Year\n2024-25 and updated budget projections for Fiscal Year 2025-26. Staff is also requesting\nthat the City Council approve a resolution adopting the FY 2025-26 Budget adjustments.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council receive and file the Mid-Year Budget Review\nand related reports; and, adopt Resolution No. R2M26-4 entitled: A Resolution of the\nAlhambra City Council adopting Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget Adjustments of the City of\nAlhambra, Golf Course Clubhouse Corporation, Alhambra Capital Improvements\nCorporation, Alhambra Parking Authority, Alhambra Facilities Financing Authority And The\nAlhambra Public Financing Authority
