10.\nApprove the Close-Out Change Order with All American Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of\n$31,530.88, which includes settlement of any outstanding claims and extra work orders for the\nSerrano Avenue Rehabilitation from the West City Limit to Weir Canyon Road Project; and\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Change Order and to take such actions as\nare necessary or required to implement and administer the Change Order.
