10.\nAmendment No. 6 to Professional Services Agreement No. 23-71 with Tetra\nTech, Inc. for the Water Main Replacement Project, CIP No. 50078.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 23-71 with Tetra Tech Inc. in\nthe additional amount of $15,500, increasing the total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount to $240,500, to provide additional technical services during\nconstruction of the Water Main Replacement Project (Project);\n2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute the amendment in a form\napproved by the General Counsel; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director to process contract amendments, as\nneeded, for an additional amount of $30,000, thereby revising the total\ncontingency not-to-exceed amount to $75,000 for design and technical\nconstruction-support contingency.\nAgreement No. 23-71-6
