11. Award an Agreement to Grigolla & Sons Construction Co. Inc. for As-Needed Concrete\nMaintenance and Repair Services in the Amount of $104,000 per Year for Three Years\n(Strategic Plan Item 49-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Award a 3-year agreement to Grigolla & Sons Construction Company Inc. for as-needed\nconcrete maintenance and repair services in the amount of $104,000 per year, for a total of\n$312,000; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including\nminimal and/or non-substantive changes; and, 4.
