The City’s real\nproperty negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of\npayment for the property.

Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Approve the Plans and Specifications, including Addenda No.1, for Grand Avenue and\nBennett Avenue Traffic Signal Modification, Left Turn Phasing, Plan No. 1351; 3. Award the\ncontract for Grand Avenue and Bennett Avenue Traffic Signal Modification, Left Turn\nPhasing, Plan No.1351 to California Professional Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $278,439,\nwith a 10% contingency of $27,843.90, for a total contract amount not to exceed $306,282.90;\nand, 4. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including making\nminor non-substantive changes.

Inc. for As-Needed Concrete\nMaintenance and Repair Services in the Amount of $104,000 per Year for Three Years\n(Strategic Plan Item 49-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a Categorical Exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the California Code of Regulations;\n2. Award a 3-year agreement to Grigolla & Sons Construction Company Inc. for as-needed\nconcrete maintenance and repair services in the amount of $104,000 per year, for a total of\n$312,000; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including\nminimal and/or non-substantive changes; and, 4. 12. 2023 Annual Review of City Council Appointments to Various Regional Organizations As\nCity Representatives\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDORA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING\nDELEGATES AND ALTERNATES TO VARIOUS REGIONAL BOARDS AND\nCOMMITTEES THAT THE CITY OF GLENDORA IS A MEMBER FOR 2023-24;" 2.\nReview the services provided by Cal Cities as it compares to membership in other\norganizations, and provide Staff with direction on the City’s future membership with Cal\nCities; and, 3. Adopt a\nCategorical Exemption pursuant to §15305 and 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act Guidelines; 2. Introduce for first reading an ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING TITLE 21 (ZONING), SECTION 21.06.070 (CCAP\nZONING DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS) OF THE GLENDORA MUNICIPAL CODE\nRELATING TO OUTDOOR DINING,” by reading of the title only and waiving further\nreading; 3.
