Approve a Contract Agreement with Myers Houghton & Partners, Inc. for the Library\nStructural Analysis and Options for Vertical Expansion Project (Strategic Plan Item 46-IMCIF)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve an Agreement with Myers Houghton & Partners,\nInc. for the Library Structural Analysis and Options for Vertical Expansion project in the\namount of $215,941 and a 10% contingency in the amount of $21,595, for a total contract not\nto exceed $237,536; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Agreement\nwith Myers Houghton & Partners, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and\n3.
