15. Award a contract to Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. for parking enforcement services for a\nthree year term in the amount of $817,316\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a contract for parking enforcement services to Inter-\nCon Security Systems, Inc. in the amount of up to $817,315.20 for three years with an option to\nrenew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to execute the Agreement and any subsequent renewals including minimal and/or non-\nsubstantive changes.
