Award a three-year contract to Jan’s Towing Inc. for police\ntowing services, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms; and, 2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Agreement and any subsequent\nrenewals including minimal and/or non-substantive changes.
