Approve the inter-utility service and co-funding Agreement\nwith Southern California Gas Company for direct installation of water efficiency devices as\npart of a cooperative gas and water efficiency program in an amount not to exceed $250,000;\nand 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.
