Approve the Inter-Utility Service and Co-Funding Agreement with Southern California Gas\nCompany for performing water efficiency installation services as part of water conservation\nprogram, in an amount not to exceed $250,000 (Strategic Plan Item 8-IFSS)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve the inter-utility service and co-funding Agreement\nwith Southern California Gas Company for direct installation of water efficiency devices as\npart of a cooperative gas and water efficiency program in an amount not to exceed $250,000;\nand 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.
