8.M.\nAward of Contract - Bronte Drive Water Line Replacement\nRecommendation:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. WUA 2026-02, amending the Fiscal Year 2025-\n2026 Budget in the amount of $1,328,870 for the Bronte Dr. Water Line\nReplacement Project;\n2) Award the construction contract to Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc., in\nthe amount of $1,207,870 for the construction of the Bronte Dr. Water\nLine Replacement Project;\n3) Reject all other bids;\n4) Authorize the Executive Director to sign the construction contract on\nbehalf of the Whittier Utility Authority; and\n5) Approve $121,000 in contingency funding for the Bronte Dr. Water Line\nReplacement Project, subject to the approval of the Executive Director.
