A.\nUpdate on Speed Hump Traffic Calming Applications On March 11, 2025,\nthe City Council adopted the Comprehensive Traffic Calming Policy\nestablishing the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program. The Speed\nHump policy was outlined within the Neighborhood Traffic Management\nProgram. In response to reported speeding concerns, staff reviewed 13\nstreet segments in accordance with the Speed Hump Policy. Of these, five\nsegments were identified as potentially eligible for speed hump\ninstallation based on the initial screening criteria; however, additional\nstaff evaluation was required to ensure full compliance with the policy.\nRecommendation: That the City Council receive and file this report.\nStaff Report
