Study Session: Revised Infrastructure Financing Plan for\nthe Placentia Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District\nFiscal Impact: Estimated range of $17 to $24 million in\nProperty Tax Increment Revenue Over Approximately 40\nYears Up to $59 million in net fiscal impact revenue to the\nCity\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Review the Staff presentation on the proposed EFID\nIFP amendments; and\n2) Ask any questions of Staff and the Financial Advisory\nTeam; and\n3) Approve in concept the proposed EFID IFP\namendments and direct the City Administrator to\nbring forth the final proposed IFP amendments\nnecessary to fulfill the revised EIFD plan.\nStaff Report\nPresentation\nCITY COUNCIL/BOARD MEMBERS REQUESTS:\nCouncil/Board Members may make requests or ask questions of Staff.\nIf a Council/Board Member would like to have formal action taken on\na requested matter, it will be placed on a future Council or Board\nAgenda.
