5.\nAdopt a Resolution to Amend the FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program Budget for\nWorktag: Project 81058 - Pedley Spreading Grounds - Pond Enhancements\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following Resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-20 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 CIP BUDGET FOR\nWORKTAG: PROJECT 81058 - PEDLEY SPREADING GROUNDS - POND\nENHANCEMENTS\nBY\nINCREASING\nREVENUE\nESTIMATES\nAND\nAPPROPRIATING $1,238,820 FROM LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL\nDISTRICT’S SAFE CLEAN WATER - REGIONAL PROGRAM /MEASURE W\n(DISTRICT); AND APPROPRIATING $400,000 FROM WATER FUNDS TO THE\nPROJECT; AND,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City and any\nsubsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report-SCW Approve Addendum 3-4_Pedley Project
